- 1 cup of unbleached flour
- 2/3 cup of whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup oat flour (optional, can also be replaced by using 1 cup of whole wheat flour, total flour in recipe should equal 2 cups)
- 2 cups of sugar
- 3/4 cup cacao powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup virgin coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Preheat oven to 350
- Spray a 9 x 13 pan with non stick spray- or rub with oil
- Mix dry ingredients, add wet and mix until combined
- Bake for 25-30 min
*Let cool for at least an hour- overnight refrigeration yields the best results. If you can't wait they will taste fantastic but will be hard to cut and a crumbly mess- I won't judge, I've indulged in the crumbs before :)
